Service options A la carte:
Equipment can be serviced by Lumenis only due to parts availability.
Most parts can be found third party ie fibers, windows, power supplies. Service contracts do not include procurement of proprietary parts (i.e. computer board). In the worst case scenario a proprietary part is required then a recertification fee of $15k plus the part is required by Lumenis to service and fix unit.
To obtain service and parts on proprietary parts will require a recertification fee on the unit. Estimated cost $15k Plus the part.
Minor service issues may be diagnosed outside of a recertification via a service technician on a per case basis.

Service on Lumenis is limited. Lumenis dealers outside of USA are not obligated to service equipment not purchased through them. Please keep this in mind if you want to purchase Lumenis. We can fly service technician to you but this is on a per case basis with average service call $10k plus parts depending on where they are going.
Due to unknown shipping conditions, customs, and corruption in various countries the Lumenis device will be videotaped working before it is packed and shipped. Your only protection is insurance which will be charged extra.
