Aesthetic Laser Setup & Installation
Several factors come into question when you're about to move a very expensive aesthetic laser equipment into your office. Power, proper lighting, size of room, patient view, patient privacy, and technical access.
Power Requirements
Global Used Laser supplies a Voltage Power Converter free of charge, if you require one. We supply plug converters and Step Down / Step Up Voltage converters. The default power requirement is 110v / 60hz for most machine. All we need to know is what power output you have, and we’ll take it from there. We can assist you with additional power requirements that you may need such as 220v electrical output.
Layout and Dimensions
Most Aesthetic lasers are fairly small and easily fit in the corner or within any 10' x 10' room. You will also use a bed or spa chair which can also fit within the room. Your Aesthetic Laser size and weight will vary from 3' to 4' tall and around 1' to 2' square. These systems normally come on wheels, so moving them around is not a problem.
Patient view
Regarding the patient view, your patient will mostly be facing up for 20 minutes. It is recommended to keep exceedingly bright lights to a minimum, or perhaps look into a dimmer switch for the room. As most spas already incorporate, proper lighting and a calm atmosphere, this can will help distract from the louder than normal "Zap" of an aesthetic laser.
Patient Privacy
This is completely up to you. While most Aesthetic Laser Spas are installed in a room by themselves behind closed doors, we have also encountered spas that display their Aesthetic Laser out in the open. Every situation is unique to each doctor and is entirely your personal preference.
Technical Access
While the recommended area of a Aesthetic Laser room are a 10’ x 10’ room, it’s always convenient to have a little extra space on all corners. This is by no means a requirement and is only a last consideration. As stated before, most machines come on rollers and are pretty easy to move around the office. It is recommended that the Aesthetic Laser be in a well ventilated room as to allow air to flow naturally around the machine and patient keeping everybody comfortable.
