Standard 7 day warranty
Service is available on IPL handpieces only. IPL handpieces can be refurbished when needed call for prices.
Additional service must be performed by Alma Lasers due to their not wanting to provide proprietary parts to third party service technicians.
To obtain service and parts on proprietary parts will require a recertification fee on the unit. Estimated cost $25k.
Minor service issues may be diagnosed outside of a recertification via a service technician on a per case basis.
