Service Options:
- Service Call per case basis via service technician (average call price is $2400 plus parts)
- Recertification with Candela
Most parts can be found third party ie fibers, windows, power supplies. Service contracts do not include procurement of proprietary parts (i.e. 2940 module). In the worst case scenario a proprietary part is required then a recertification fee of $25k plus the part is required by Candela to service and fix unit.
Additional service performed by Candela Lasers due to their not wanting to provide proprietary parts to third party service technicians.
To obtain service and parts on proprietary parts will require a recertification fee on the unit. Estimated cost $25k Plus the part.
Minor service issues may be diagnosed outside of a recertification via a service technician on a per case basis.
