CoolGlide Excel's high-power, long-pulse Nd:YAG technology provides practitioners with the ability to treat a full range of vascular lesions and perform permanent hair reduction on all skin types and tanned patients. The adjustable spot size switches to a 3, 5, 7 or 10 mm spot size with a simple twist of the handpiece dial. Treat a full range of vascular lesions from fine telangiectasia to spider veins to large, deep, reticular leg veins. Also treats both fine and coarse hair. Service options A la carte:
· 1 year service contract including P.M.'s $12,000 must be purchase upon initial billing.
· Service Call per case basis via service technician (average call price is $2400 plus parts)
· Recertification through Cutera appx $15k plus service contracts $8k per year or more.
Some parts can be found third party ie fibers, windows, power supplies. Service contracts do not include procurement of proprietary parts (i.e. Yag module). In the worst case scenario a proprietary part is required then a recertification fee of appx $15,000 plus the part is required by Cutera to service and fix unit.
Minor service issues may be diagnosed outside of a recertification via a service technician on a per case basis.
Shipping and instillation
7-10 business days, Global provides door to door shipping and instillation in the USA.

Service on Cutera is limited. Cutera dealers outside of USA are not obligated to service equipment not purchased through them. Please keep this in mind if you want to purchase Cutera. We can fly service technician to you but this is on a per case basis with average service call $10k plus parts depending on where they are going.
Due to unknown shipping conditions, customs, and corruption in various countries the Cutera device will be videotaped working before it is packed and shipped. Your only protection is insurance which will be charged extra.
