·         Cynosure does not have a recertification program/ Parts are limited but can be obtained on a per case basis.

Some parts can be found third party ie fibers, windows, power supplies. This is dealt with on a per case basis. Minor service issues may be diagnosed via a service technician on a per case basis.

Service on Cynosure is limited. Cynosure dealers outside of USA are not obligated to service equipment not purchased through them. Please keep this in mind if you want to purchase Cynosure. We can fly service technician to you but this is on a per case basis with average service call $10k plus parts depending on where they are going.

Due to unknown shipping conditions, customs, and corruption in various countries the Cynosure device will be videotaped working before it is packed and shipped. Your only protection is insurance which will be charged extra.
