Used Lumenis One is a combo unit featuring IPL, Intense Pulsed Light, Diode Laser, and Nd:YAG.

Lumenis One technology offers high repetition rates—up to 1 Hz, enabling fast and efficient patient treatments three times or more faster then older technologies. It's light, ergonomic treatment heads enable quick, easy and fatigue-free patient treatments. The filters and light guides pop in and out for added operator efficiency. And the graphic user interface offers a Basic mode and a versatile Advanced mode for ultimate flexibility. Service options A la carte:
· Standard 30 day service contract $3000 must be purchased upon initial billing
· Extended 90 day service contract $6000 must be purchased upon initial billing.
· 1 year service contract including P.M.'s $12,000 must be purchased upon initial billing.
· Service Call per case basis via service technician (average call price is $2400 plus parts)
· Recertification through Lumenis $15k plus repairs and parts, then service contract is optional for appx $8k annual.
Most parts can be found third party ie fibers, windows, power supplies. Service contracts do not include procurement of proprietary parts (i.e. computer board). In the worst case scenario a proprietary part is required then a recertification fee of $15k plus the part is required by Lumenis to service and fix unit.
To obtain service and parts on proprietary parts will require a recertification fee on the unit. Estimated cost $15k Plus the part.
Minor service issues may be diagnosed outside of a recertification via a service technician on a per case basis.

7-10 business days, Global provides door to door shipping and instillation in the USA.

Service on Lumenis is limited. Lumenis dealers outside of USA are not obligated to service equipment not purchased through them. Please keep this in mind if you want to purchase Lumenis. We can fly service technician to you but this is on a per case basis with average service call $10k plus parts depending on where they are going.
Due to unknown shipping conditions, customs, and corruption in various countries the Lumenis device will be videotaped working before it is packed and shipped. Your only protection is insurance which will be charged extra.
